Time well spent

We are all products of our time. We are living in a present which is a result of the past and a preparation for the future. But what is this “now”, how can we capture a moment?

As soon as we say the word ‘now’ it is already too late and it is transformed into ‘then’.

The time is constantly moving, we then must agree that the truth is constantly moving as well.

Morality is one evidence of the constant change of truth, especially when it comes to the truth of Good and Bad. Let’s take something simple, like the phrase of saying “Hello”, as an example. Years ago we were taught to nod, or men were taking the women’s hands and introduced themselves with a kiss. This was considered “Good”. What would happen if someone then said “Ey, what’s up?” Today this phrase is acknowledged and totally “in tune with time.”

So ‘Good’ is then not “good” in itself, it is – in time – agreeable and useful.

But if we want to live in a “true” reality, what can we then rely on? Our senses?

What I see, is what I believe… or is it? Think of this for a second; when you are relaxing in the couch and sipping on a cup of tea, you probably feel and see that the room around you is quiet and still. But what is actually happen? The world is spinning, faster than you can imagine. But do you see it? – No.

Do we see the carbon dioxide and the oxygen from someone’s breath? No, only if the person’s breath is attached with cigarette smoke you will be able to “see” it.

Our body is limited in the pursuit of experiencing the actual reality. So why do I even waste my time?
